Farewell from Adonia

So up early this morning to join the 'Rome on your own' tour, on a a beautiful sunny day. As not much traffic, we have now arrived in Rome, and are enjoying a wonderful gelato cioccolato.

And I will hand over the blog back to Nigel now, to tell you all about the wonders of our long Arcadia cruise.

Kind regards

Carol

I have travelled both as a single and as part of a couple and can honestly say I have a bigger on board spend when I travel alone.
I agree that the OBC should increased in line with the OBSCENE SS.
Carol Marlow I hope you are reading this!

I will continue to ask why P&O will not answer my questions on the Disabled Facilities available to a Bi - Lateral Amputee like myself, and at the same time Admit that they were wrong regarding my cruise.

P&O ARE NOT and I repeat NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY

Carol Marlow, I will tell you this
IF I WERE A SOLDIER COMING HOME FROM AFGANISTAN WITH NO LEGS WOULD YOU GIVE HIM THE SAME TREATMENT THAT YOUR COMPANY HAS GIVEN TO ME IN THE SAME CONTITION.

I Booked this Cruise for my Wife and I and it cost us over £6,000.

THERE ARE RECORDS OF MY COMPLAINT
WITHIN YOUR REACH.....I HOPE YOU WILL GET BACK TO ME BY email AS I AM DISGUSTED WITH YOUR COMPANY.

YOU ARE NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY

I WILL CONTINUE TO SAY THIS ON TWITTER UNTIL YOU GET BACK TO ME

I do not think the above comment is appropriate to this blog and should be removed.

In relation to the first comment, I do believe the P&O charge for single supplements is too high and this is an issue which P&O I hope will look at.

In relation to the comment from Sandra (with the username 'sandra1943'), we have travelled with P&O many times and have family who are disabled. We have found them to be excellent in dealing with all our issues and are very grateful for their efforts. We understand the difficulties experienced in making a floating moving platform suitable for those who are disabled such as some members of our family, but P&O have made it work.

P&O are disabled friendly, and though I naturally sympathise with your disability Sandra, I think comments like yours are rude and unhelpful. I am sure P&O will be in touch soon to discuss any issues you may have had, this blog is an inappropriate place for this.

We have travelled with P&O several times, and are very satisfied with the service as many readers will I am sure agree with.

I do agree that this comment should not be on this blog. However I believe that P&O offers wonderful facilities for disabled passengers. The crew are always very helpful if anyone requires help whether it be in the dining rooms or going down the gangplank. There are cabins designed for the disabled and they can enjoy a holiday whereas otherwise it might be very difficult. GP
