‘Dancing at Sea’

11th November 2009

Good Day, (Buenos Dias), from Palma, what a wonderful city this is, great shopping, great sightseeing and great food and drink! The old town is my favourite area of the city, the medieval lanes and alleyways are really atmospheric.

P&O Cruises has just launched a search for Britain’s most twinkled-toed passengers to dance on the evening of the prestigious naming ceremony for its newest ship, Azura.

‘Dancing at Sea’ will be held on 12 cruises throughout the next few months and the winning couple from each cruise will be invited to the semi final in Southampton on 9 April 2010.
From this Semi Final we will select 6 couples for a Grand Final which will be held lunchtime the following day on board Azura 10th April. These six couples will have a night and dinner on board Azura, docked in Southampton on Friday 9th April and the final winning couple will also stay on board overnight on Saturday 10th April and attend the VIP naming ceremony.

The dance competition is being held on the following P&O Cruises;
Ventura Oceana
N925A E928
N929A E931

Arcadia Aurora
J919 R917
J922 R920

Oriana Artemis
X918 P922
X920 P925

Mission Control! This is in my office, as you see I have a good view out the window, and as the passengers are strolling around Promenade Deck they can have a good look in at me working!

Bye for now, (Adios)

Nigel

Nigel, where is your office on Prom Deck in relation to other facilities?

From memory (and it is a while ago) I can't recall any offices on Prom deck.

Thanks you for the blog - I enjoy following Oriana around the world!
