Arcadia Inagural Grand Voyage Leg 2 Mumbai to Singapore

Sunrise today over the Indian Ocean.

Good Day all,
Another lovely day at sea and this will give us all a chance to catch up on our administration after a very busy day yesterday in Mumbai. I am so pleased that all went well. I hardly slept the night before Mumbai with all the buzz around, and then last night I could not get to sleep as there was so much going through my thoughts after a most memorable day. I have lots of pictures to look through and when I catch up with my desk I will get these on the blog. Thank you to everyone who sent us good wishes for our passage to India and for our cruise to Mumbai as your thoughts and prayers certainly winged their way to us Arcadians and everyone on land connected with our call.

Bye for now,
James

You're now heading to, what for me, is one of the nicest parts of the cruise. I am so envious and although I try not to wish my life away, really can't wait for next year.

I hope all your new passengers settle into ship life very quickly - but how could they not on the wonderful Arcadia - my very favourite ship?

There were dolphins aplenty south of Mumbai. Fishing boats near and far, and stewards gazing wistfully out in the direction of the mainland when they had a moment.

On Aurora last year, we took the Buddhist cave temples tour, and I captured one of my favorite images of our "minders", dressed for the adventure, doing a spot of exploring as we scrambled around the rocky slopes.
